Smart Voucher Ltd, owner of the Ukash brand and ukashreselling.com domain, transferred the full selection process, management and follow-up of AUR, including the ukashreselling.com management to a separate corporate entity Smart Evolutions Ltd, who will :

• Publish information to potential Authorised Ukash Resellers (AUR).
• Manage the Resellers applications, review them and contract resellers as AUR.
• Assist AUR with the development of their business, provide them with the Ukash Issuing tool, branding, marketing pack and market and sales strategies.
• Manage AUR Ukash orders and delivery either via voucher or electronic delivery.
• Publish an updated and online list of AURs to the benefit of global Ukash customers.
